The Atlantic Ocean surrounds it to the east and the Indian River (Intracoastal) to the west.  Situated on a private peninsula in the middle of the Marriott Resort Complex at Indian River Plantation.  There are 74 units built during 1980.  Sizes range from 1 bedroom, 1 bath units of 596 sq. ft. up to 2 bedrooms, 3 bath units with 1323 sq. ft. of living area.  This is a pet-friendly complex that will allow up to two large pets.  At the time of this writing, the condo association fees were $375.00 a month.

The Lakeside Condos are in an excellent location, just a short walk to the beach. There’s a courtesy tram available to take residents and guests around the sprawling facilities of the Marriott resort at Indian River Plantation.  Just a short drive to the grocery store, historic downtown Stuart, and the many, many amenities that Martin County FL has to offer.

There are four condos for sale in the Inlet Village community of Indian River Plantation on Hutchinson Island in Stuart FL for February 2025. The list prices range from $325,000 to $472,000 or an average of $415.86 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are no Inlet Village condos currently under contract.

In the past 12 months, three Inlet Village condos have sold.  The sales prices were between $350,000 and $570,000 which equals an average of $355.18 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos sold for 91% of the list price. And, they were on the market for an average of 186 days before going under contract.
